even though they knew full well they had scheduled someone for an annual physical that requires blood work at that time of day. The office puts off a definitive you are not important atmosphere and one thing a new patient never wants to hear from a medical office is that their health is not as important as making sure the employees get out of work on time. I chose to leave at that point and reschedule with another Doctor. After 1/2 hr of waiting i just felt very odd being there and realized the Doctor was ok but the rest of the people there could care less and were in no hurry to do anything. Once the information was found i was asked to wait. Doctor told me when to return and when I did they had no information that I needed blood work. There was no physical performed but Once I had my consultation with the Doctor I was told I would have to return for Blood work as that person had left. While I waited in the room I overheard the staff talking to one another about how that person needed to leave as they new the Doctor would want blood work done. I had heard good things about this place and the local Doctor I used had changed insurance acceptance so we had to find a new primary Doctor, I scheduled a physical with the Doctor and showed up for my appointment.
